We deliver the work, you review it. Revisions are included. For the Meta Ads setup, you'll receive a full walkthrough of the campaign structure before we hand it over so you know exactly what's been built and why.

Do I need a website first before using these services?
Not strictly required, but strongly recommended. Driving traffic to a slow, poorly-built site or an underdeveloped social presence wastes your budget. We typically introduce these services after a website build is complete. If your existing site is solid, we can work with it – just mention it when you get in touch.
Can I order social media graphics as a one-time batch or does it have to be monthly?
Either works. $150 gets you 8 posts whether it's a one-time order or an ongoing monthly arrangement. Some clients want a batch to get started and then take over themselves. Others prefer the consistency of a monthly delivery. Both are fine – tell us which suits you when you get in touch.
For Meta Ads, do you manage the campaigns ongoing or just set them up?
Setup only, at the $200 rate. We build the campaign structure, configure the audiences, and design the ad creatives – then hand everything over to you to run. You control the ad spend entirely, and there's no ongoing fee from us. If you want ongoing management on top of the setup, that's a separate conversation we're happy to have.
What do you need from me to edit a video?
Your raw footage and a brief – what the video is for, what platform it's going on, the tone you want, and any specific moments you want included or cut. If you don't have footage, let us know and we can source appropriate material. Captions are included on every video at no extra charge.
Can I bundle these with a website build?
Yes. Clients who add digital marketing services alongside or shortly after a website build get priority scheduling. We find the work is more effective too – we already know your brand, your tone, and your target audience from the build process, so there's less briefing overhead and better creative consistency.
